Swimming amongst volcanic rocks and strolling along beside the sea with your family

A short car-drive of less than 30 minutes is enough to take you from Puerto de La Estaca to the area of natural pools in La Maceta at the coast in the spectacular El Golfo Valley. This bathing area combines sun, lava and sea comfortably and pleasantly, protected from the waves. Perfect for all ages. Furthermore, it has lots of parking and services such as showers and sunshades and also a bar service.

Walk to the smallest hotel in the world

A perfectly adapted and signposted trail starts in La Maceta, running along over a wooden boardwalk with benches and little viewing points from which you can contemplate the magnificent scenery afforded by this island where the sea crashes and the Salmor Rocks can be seen. At the end of the trail (which is about 2 km long), the visitor comes across a pretty building containing what was considered the smallest hotel in the world.
